🏡 House Rules

  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking or vaping indoors
  • Access to the property is restricted to tenants only
  • No parties
  • Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: before 10:00 AM

💳 Payment & Terms

  • Rate: €65 per night for 2 guests
  • €10 extra per night per additional person beyond 2 guests
  • A security deposit will be required based on the length of stay and will be fully refunded if no damage is noted. You will receive an email from the SWIKLY platform inviting you to validate this deposit.
  • A valid ID must be presented upon arrival
  • Cancellation policy: 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit. Between 7 and 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit. Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.
