The story
An olive oil mill, five centuries later
Built in 1519, the Moulin de la Calade was once the olive oil mill of Le Luc; the millstone in our logo is a reminder of it. We have fully renovated it into independent, bright and comfortable suites, keeping the charm of the old Provençal stones.
The windows look onto Place Pasteur and its Hexagonal Tower, nicknamed the “Eiffel Tower of the Var”, lit up at night. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy, the local wine cooperative and a children’s park are all within walking distance.

In 2020 we arrived, almost by chance, in the heart of the Var, together with Soleil, our dog, and Nicy, our cat. We quickly fell in love with the region, its way of life and its people. Since then our family has grown with the arrival of Gaël, our little Varois.
Passionate about tourism and property, we renovated and furnished the Moulin de la Calade, a former olive-oil mill built in 1519, with its unique view of the Hexagonal Tower, the “Eiffel Tower” of the Var. Our wish: to share this place steeped in history with travellers who come to discover the region, bringing together our passions: welcoming guests and the pleasure of meeting new people.
