1. General Provisions
(1) This website (the “Site”) and/or the services offered on it, including any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), as well as the provision of hotel rooms for accommodation and related services (the “Hotel Services”) offered through the Site, are owned and operated by the proprietors (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). These commercial terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions under which visitors or users (collectively, the “User” or “you”) may access the Site, use the Services, and purchase Products.
(2) By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not access the Site or use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Site, using the Services, or purchasing any Products. These Terms inform you about who we are, the way we sell our Products and Services, your rights of withdrawal, and the procedures in case of dispute or issue.
(3) You declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract based on these Terms. If you are a minor, you may only use the Services or purchase Products with the consent of your parents or legal guardian. These Terms are provided in French. In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and a translation, the French version shall prevail. To use our Site and/or Services, you must be at least 21 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Site or Services if prohibited by the laws of your country. Before placing any order, you must read and accept these Terms.
2. Description of the Services Offered
(1) Before placing an order, please read carefully the description of the Services and/or Products. These descriptions present the essential characteristics in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code. They are intended to provide as much information as possible but are not exhaustive. Photographs, drawings, and illustrations are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. (
2) Please refer to the information provided on packaging, labels, or accompanying documentation. We cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these usage instructions.
3. Accommodation Services
(1) You may book our Accommodation Services via the Site, in accordance with these Terms.
(2) You may select the rooms and Services you wish to book (arrival and departure dates, room type, additional options, etc.) and add them to your basket. Prices are indicated on the Site and may be modified at any time; however, confirmed reservations will not be affected by such changes. Prices are quoted in the local currency and exclude any applicable local taxes (e.g., tourist tax).
(3) Before confirming your booking, a full summary will be displayed so that you can check and correct any possible errors. By clicking on Booking subject to payment, you confirm a binding order, provided that you have checked the box confirming acceptance of these Terms.
(4) You will then receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your booking request. This acknowledgment does **not** constitute acceptance of your order but merely confirms that we have received it.
(5) A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request. If you select an immediate payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer), the contract becomes binding upon completion of the payment process.
(6) Unless otherwise stated, prices are per person, per night. Meals or additional services are included only if specifically mentioned. Certain offers may be subject to special conditions (minimum stay, deposit, cancellation fees, etc.).
(7) Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy limits. Please contact us for more details.
(8) If you save a payment method for future use, it will be stored securely in compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Your stored card will be identifiable by its last four digits.
4. Check-in and Check-out
(1) Check-in and check-out times are indicated on the Site or in your booking confirmation.
(2) Late check-out may be offered subject to availability and charged at the current rate. No guarantee of availability is provided.
5. Payment
(1) For any confirmed booking, full payment is required in advance or no later than upon arrival. The payment method used during booking must be presented at check-in, together with valid identification and, if applicable, the booking reference.
(2) Any remaining balance must be settled before departure. If the final amount is lower than the authorized prepayment, the difference will be released; the processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Cancellation and No-show Policy
(1) Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate. Please refer to the specific conditions provided during booking.
(2) In the event of late cancellation or no-show, applicable fees may be charged according to the rate conditions.
7. Cancellation by Us (
1) If your booking allows free cancellation within a certain period, we are equally entitled to cancel within the same timeframe (for example, in case of non-payment of the deposit).
(2) In case of justified cancellation by us, no compensation will be due.
8. Force Majeure We shall not be held liable or required to pay compensation if the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, terrorist act, major outage, etc.), in accordance with Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
9. Offers, Coupons, and Gift Cards Coupons, gift cards, and other promotional offers (collectively, the “Offers”) are valid only for the period specified. They may not be transferred, modified, sold, exchanged, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
10. Warranty and Liability Except where otherwise provided by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Site or the Services.
11. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, or exploitation rights are granted without our prior written authorization.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
